The author of an outstanding history of American soccer, “Soccer In a Football World”, passed away last night. David Wangerin, you will be missed sorely, thank you for your immense contribution to American soccer. RIP.

I haven’t read this, but it’s been on my Amazon list for ages. The cover says it all, doesn’t it. Classic.
